In case you haven't noticed, my images have been looking a little funky for about 2 weeks. I just realized yesterday that my export box in Lightroom had been changed to Pro Photo RGB instead of sRGB, hence the weird colors. Hope this helps anyone who has that problem in the future. No that is not me and my family in the photo, it's my exwife and her new husband, LOL. Hope you enjoy!!

" Providence Methodist "
The sanctuary at Providence Methodist Church. The church is very old and had to be rolled on logs away from the edge of the canyon to keep from falling into the canyon. The sanctuary is normally open, but they ask please to only take photos and only leave footprints. If you get a chance go by and see it. Hope you enjoy!!

" Providence HDR "
This is the only HDR I shot on the Providence Canyon workshop, but it turned out really well. I spent almost all my time teaching the people how to produce HDR's. We had a great time and came away with lots of images and new ideas. Come join us in June at Cades Cove in Tennessee. You can get details by email.

" Providence Workshop "
The Providence Workshop went really well, except the rain on Sunday. We spent the first day around and in the canyon. I taught exposure and the Zone System for digital. It was a great learning experience for the photographers. I will be posting some images from the workshop over the next few days. Hope you enjoy!!

" The Rod "
Something you hardly ever see anymore, except on tall buildings. Lightning rods were once a normal part of homes, this home was out in a pretty big field in the open. I really liked the graphic qualities of this shot and the blue of the sky. Taken off Hwy 136 on the way to The Pocket. Hope you enjoy!!

" Bluebells at The Pocket "
Ahhh spring, the time for wildflowers. This was my second trip to "The Pocket" in NW Georgia. The premier place to shoot wildflowers in the state of Georgia. It is located west of Lafayette, GA off Highway 193. Go to Davis Crossroads, hang a left on Hogjowl RD, go just past the dairy barn and turn left on Pocket Rd to the end. It is a beautiful place with tons of wildflowers and a crekk, waterfall and some great forest. Go if you get the chance, March and early April are the best. Hope you enjoy!!
